A VICTORIAN SILVER PORRINGER AND SPOON
Maker's mark of Wakely & Wheeler, 1893/94
The porringer chased and embossed with a lion mask, a dog, a fox, and entwined eagles' heads amongst scrolling foliage, with matching spoons, in fitted case; an Edwardian six division toast rack, 1902; a pair of small baluster-shaped pepperettes by C S Harris, 1904; a pair of Victorian urn-shaped pepperettes stamped with neo-classical garlands, 1889; a pair of plated vase-shaped pepperettes; and a pair of Norwegian enamelled white metal sauce-ladles with, in fitted case retailed by Liberty & Co. Ltd.
