Portrait of a Gentleman, traditionally identified as Prince Charles Edward Stuart, half-length, in armour and ermine trimmed cape

The identification and attribution for this portrait is based upon an example of this artist's work presently in the collection of the Duke of Atholl, Blair Castle. Giles Hussey was an English artist who worked in the Royal court of King James III in Rome between 1730-1737.
