The rectangular spreading base with foliate band decorated, rising to a slightly lonbed rectanular-shaped body, applied with a portrait medallion with male portrait, in floral surround, flanked by palmettes, with two partly wooden handles, the high-domed cover stepped and with floral wooden finial
