Of oblong form, with rope borders and the sides with foliate motifs, the cover and reverse engraved with three various cartocues and an inscription below, depicting: figures feasting, drinking and smoking, with the text: als het Fortuyn geeft tegenspoet, dan geeft de Hoop weer goeden moet
