Apparently unmarked, last quarter 18th Century
The first of oval form, painted with a pheasant near a tree, with foliate thumb-piece and foliate motifs against white ground, the body ribbed; and a rectangular box depicting an elegant scene at the cover in scrolling foliate medallion, the sides with flowers in medallions against pink ground, with text inside: Votre Constance La Recompense
