Of oval form with notched band above the short nose which continues as a shallow ridge to the curved rim, a faceted cylindrical cornelian bead within mud matrix at the tip, carved teeth and narrow tongue in the open jaws, two pairs of horns above, those in front curved to meet at the centre, interlaced cane and raffia fringe about the border, dark crusty patina
