The well-potted sides painted with three vertical panels enclosing alternately a pair of figures in a landscape with a bull on the loose, a riverbank with waterfowl and various birds perched on a tree or in flight, all reserved on a karakusa-scroll ground below a keyfret-pattern band around the shoulder reserved with cartouches of lotus, the domed cover with flat knop finial, the lower section with an aperture (crack to cover, rim and body)
