An Arita blue and white dish and two chinese Imari saucers
Late 17th/early 18th Century
The Arita dish painted with a central roundel of a lakeside view with high cliffs, surrounded on the well and rim with rocks and trees (small rim chip), 31.3 cm. diam.; and a pair of Chinese verte-Imari chrysanthemum-shaped saucers painted in the Japanese style with a flower-shaped panel of plum blossom below radiating panels of further flowers (rim frittings), 18.4 cm. diam.
