VERY RARE FIRST EDITION. Eleven parts of this work had been issued when publication ceased. It is normally considered to be complete with 68 plates, although Anker cites a copy in the Royal Swedish Library with 70. Anker 482; Fine Bird Books p.109; Nissen IVB 890.
