The flattened sides carved in low relief with bats in flight amidst cloud swirls, Buddhist emblems and a fruiting peach branch, applied below the rim with two flower-branch handles suspending loose rings, the domed cover with flower-head finial, supported on a five-petalled flower-head foot, the surface highly polished, the stone ranging from milky-white to pale celadon with natural streaks, minute nicks
