Each painted en grisaille on a chocolate-brown ground with a classical figure reserved within a gilt band on the gilt vermiculé ground, the wide border gilt with Greek key pattern on a salmon ground
The soup-plates 9 7/8 in. (24.8 cm.) diam., the lozenge-shape dishes 11 in. (28 cm.) wide (6)
