Lot Essay

The wrapping of the monument to Leonardo took place in 1970, to raise funds for Valley Curtain. Of the three images produced S. 40 and S. 42 were issued as a pair, in an edition of 99, whilst S. 41 and S. 42 were issued as a pair in an edition of 999.
