We are grateful to Everett Fahy for confirming the attribution. Professor Miklòs Boskovits has suggested that part of the oeuvre of the Bargello Master, including this panel, can be assigned to the Master of Tobias (see M. Boskovits, The Martello Collection, Florence, 1992, p. 114).
