Roses, parrot tulips, narcissi, dahlias and other flowers in a vase on a stone shelf

We are grateful to Mr. Fred Meijer for the attribution. He compares the present painting with two other still lifes by this little known artist: one of 1667, with Galerie Sankt Lucas, Vienna in 1964, and one of 1664, in a private collection, Paderborn.
