The silvered dial signed and numbered Parkinson & Frodsham Change Alley London 2898, Roman hour numerals, outer minute chapters with five minute intermarkers 60-5-10 et seque, subsidiary seconds and up-and-down dials, blued steel hands, top-plate inscribed Parkinson & Frodsham Change Alley London, Earnshaw escapement, cut bimetallic balance (alterations), cylindrical heat compenstaion weights, blued steel helical balance spring, replacement spring foot detent with jewelled locking stone, contained within a protecting brass drum, brass bowl and gimbal, three-tier plain mahogany box, the middle section with inset rectangular bone plaque inscribed Parkinson & Frodsham London, the bottom section with inset bone disc numbered 2898, external brass drop handles.
