The case with large oak backboard receiving two glazed sections each with doors, the silvered dial on a wooden bracket with the 'scape wheel and pendulum suspension bracket above, the mid section backboard bracket with twin coils, the massive brass and steel grid-iron pendulum on knife-edge type suspension and with spring loaded pallet secured to the central grid-iron rod passing over the detent above the two coils

This most unusual wall regulator is possibly one of only two known to exist, the other being preserved in the Hague Museum.
