"And for further plea in his behalf, said defendant says plaintiff actis non, beacause he says that, heretofor, court, on the ________ day of ________ in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine _____ at the County of Edgar aforesaid the same plaintiff recovered a judgement against said defendant, in the circuit court of the county aforesaid, on the same writing obligatory in the declaration in this suit mentions; and that same judgement remains wholly unreversed; and this the defendant is ready to verify."
