A William Greatbatch creamware cylindrical teapot and cover
with an ear shaped handle and leaf moulded spout, printed, painted and gilt with 'Harlequin and Columbine discovered in an arbour', the reverse with 'a lady, her suitor and her father in a garden' in iron-red line panels issuing flowerheads between puce scrolls, with rouletted and gilt lines, the cover printed and painted with flowers, indistinct printed mark to one vignette, circa 1775 (minor chip to rim of cover and tip of spout, slight wear) -- 13cm. high See colour plate 5
