CHEYENNE SPLIT STYLE SPURS
Attributed to Rex Schnitger
A pair of circa 1920s one piece single mounted iron spurs. The heel bands are overlaid in a linear motif with Schnitger's trademark style engraving. The fixed heel buttons are overlaid and incised with his typical star design, the 1/8th curve drop shanks are overlaid and engraved with 16 point dot punched rowels.
Overall spur length: 5 in. Rowel: 2 in. (2)
