FOUR ACOMA POLYCHROME POTTERY VESSELS
All four vessels with cream slip and details painted in black and brown, the first a jar of globular form, with flaring sides, slightly tapering neck and small flat base with a band of four deer decorated with heartlines, the second a canteen with globular body, two thick strap handles at sides and squat neck decorated with a deer with heartline motif enclosed by a double lined circle, rawhide strap, the third a plate with slightly flaring sides decorated with a stylized bird motif, the fourth in form of a bird decorated with linear wings, ovular tail feathers and circular designs on the back, all four signed "Lucy M. Lewis, Acoma"
