The first jar with rounded base, flaring shoulder and tapering neck with highly burnished black slip with a deeply carved band enclosing Avanayu, the water serpent, the second jar of globular form with narrow tapering neck, painted with highly burnished black slip and carved deeply with two bird motifs, the third a seed jar decorated on the rounded shoulder with two incised hummingbirds and detailed floral motifs on a highly burnished black slip, the fourth jar of globular form with tapering sides painted with highly burnished black slip and incised on the shoulder with Avanayu, the fifth jar with rounded sides painted with highly burnished black slip and incised with two mediallions one enclosing a typical sun motif and the other a dancing kachina, each enclosed by feathers alternating with a bear claw pattern and a rain cloud motif, the sixth vase with flaring rounded sides and tapering neck, painted with an orange burnished and incised with circular medallion enclosing an eagle, a narrow band composed of Avanayu, and a band of geometric motifs, each signed on the base, the first signed by "Camilio Tafoya, Santa Clara Pueblo, the second signed by "Garcia", the third signed by "Julie Gutierrez & Adrian Garcia, Santa Clara Pueblo" the fourth signed by "Geri Naranjo, Santa Clara", the fifth signed by "Red Star, Sioux, 94G-1", the sixth signed by "Grace Medicine Flower, '74"
