TWO KAROK POLYCHROME TWINED BASKETS
The first a trinket basket with flattened base and rounded tapering body, finely woven in fern, pine root, bear grass and maiden fern, with openwork wrapped rim, decorated with negative background and two bands of geometric designs composed of triangles, the lid with knob handle decorated similarly, the second in the form of a cup and saucer finely woven in similar material as the first and decorated with a band of triangular motifs with serrated edges, bisected and enclosed by three parallel lines
