The first a Pomo basket of globular form, woven in sedge root with bullrush design, decorated with full linked terraced triangles at the bottom, triangles truncated at the top, the second a Mission basket with small flat base and rounded sides, woven in grasses and woven grass stems, sumac and dyed juncus, decorated with diamond motifs, the third a Havasupai basket of bottleneck or small olla form with flaring rim, woven in willow and devil's claw, decorated with human, bird and animal figures alternating woth columns of interlocking square motifs
