A rare Elizabeth I silver-gilt ascribed West Country Virgin and Heart terminal spoon,
pricked "I.T" on the front of the stem and "I.D" on the back of the bowl, by John Edes, Exeter circa 1600, (I,YEDS and crowned 'X' in bowl) - 15.75cm long, 1oz.
