A Charles II unascribed provincial "notched" Puritan spoon
of good gauge with a broad stem and an egg-shaped bowl, scratched "M.H I.A 1682" at the top of the stem, on the reverse, stamped in the bowl with a fluer-de-lys and on the back of the stem with a makers mark, R.C over a crescent and two fluer-de-lys marks, unascribed, circa 1682 - 18cm long, 1.75oz.
