A Charles II tentatively ascribed West Country Apostle spoon; St. Peter,
of good gauge, the gilt figure with a large polyfoil nimbus, pricked "I.W", the bowl pricked "T.P I.T 1684" on the reverse, with London Forgery Group marks, probably by Samuel Cawley (I), Exeter circa 1660, (compare the spoon with lot 81) - 19.5cm long, 2oz.
