A Charles II tentatively ascribed South/West Country Apostle spoon,
the gilt figure lacking emblem, pricked "I.W 1683 T.B" on the nimbus, on a tapering stem, stamped once in the bowl with a makers mark "C.R" and once on the back of the stem with a makers mark and a cup within mullets, possibly by Christopher Roberts, (Southampton/Bridgwater) circa 1680 - 17.75cm long, 1.25oz.
