Lot Essay

This was a prototype of an outfit delivered to Eva Peron in 1952 and was based on the Argentine flag. The following five lots are also said to have been made for Eva Peron but were not delivered due to her death in 1952.
This suit was illustrated in a newspaper modelled by Eva Peron's model Miss Lavandou, described as blue and white No. 1 "une raie oui une raie non, bleu et blanc Tailleur 4 à 7".
