each modelled standing naked, with scant drapery, on naturalistically cast circular base, the girl cradling a birds next in her left arm, the boy with cockerels about his feet, signed Aug.Moreau, on faux red marble circular wooden bases (possibly later) with labels LE NID PAR AUG.MOREAU, MéD. D'OR and COMBAT DE COQS PAR AUG. MOREAU, MéD.D'OR, later adapted as table lamps -- 16.1/8in. (41.3cm.) high (2)
