each painted with a classical scene with putti to the reverse, one painted with dancing female figures gilt-titled to the border beneath BACHANTINNEN, the other painted with Europa and the Bull, titled beneath RAUB DER EUROPA, one gilt scroll plinth bases, printed factory marks, circa 1900 (one with restored cover) -- 46cm. high
