with two pale-pink, blue and gilt C-scroll panels painted with Watteauesque scenes reserved on a flower-encrusted ground and applied with two leaf-scroll handles, the cover with a stag's head finial reserved on a flower-encrusted ground, blue crossed swords mark, late 19th century (restored) -- 36cm. high
