Decorated with chequer-lines, the superstructure fitted with a hinged central compartment enclosing letter divisions, flanked to either side by two short drawers with a leather-lined top of broken outline, the freize fitted with three drawers with three further graduated drawers to each pedestal, on plinth base and castors, stamped Maple & Co. Ld. and labelled Maple & Co.
