A Chinese red cinnabar lacquer ruyi-sceptre
carved with foliate cartouches enclosing Buddhist emblems including twin-fish, a tama and a conch shell interspersed with geometric designs on grounds of waves and cell-pattern, the rims with key-fret bands, the reverse with interlocking T-patterns -- 14¼.in (36.2cm) long, Qianlong, (small areas of restoration to extremeties).
