A pair of late Ming gilt-bronze models of seated Bodhisattvas
both in dhyanasana, one with the hands in bhumisparsa mudra and dhyana mudra, the other with the hands in dharmachakramudra, the chests with swastikas, wearing elaborate crowns enclosing rows of seated Buddhas, earrings and long robes decorated to the edges with floral bands -- 8.in (20.3cm) high, 16th/17th Century, (one crown with three tips restuck, rubbing).
