The case of typical form with serpentine handle to a foliate cast concave moulded top, rosette mounts to the sides and on paw feet, the restored white enamel Arabic dial signed Courvoisier & Compie. with blued steel hands for hours, minutes, inner concentric calendar and alarm, the movement with circular plates and bridgecock verge escapement, steel rack-work planted on the backplate for strike, repeat and pull wind alarm on two bells, with three-position selection lever in the base, the backplate stamped HLR 10317
