A French silvered, gilt brass and champlevé enamel striking and repeating carriage clock

The anglaise riche case with Corinthian columns and ripple galleries, decorated in foliate polychrome enamel against a black ground overall, with conforming mask and centre to the gilt Roman chapter ring with red and black numerals, blued moon hands, the twin barrel movement with silvered platform to the bimetallic balance with lever escapement, strike/repeat on gong to the backplate
