A proof bifolium sheet from the above work inscribed, "This sheet was pulled by George W. Jones at the Ashendene Press, Shelley House, Chelsea, on dry paper. 20 February, 1925. C. H. St. John Hornby," and a printed invitation from Antony Hornby and Alfred Beit to a function, are both loosely inserted.
