Probably from the interesting group of 'art' lithographic fans made in 1904 as a memorial to the lithographer Henry [Bonaventure] Monnier (1805-1877) by his admirers including Jacques Villon. They advertise an annual gala costume event to benefit artists and humorists named after Monnier.
