Probably by William Parker, circa 1780
Of waisted square section, heightened in gilt with festoons of husks with guilloche borders, applied with rams' head mounts to the crimped angles and further applied with oval paterae, below a campana-shaped surmount, chiselled with stiff-leaves and flowerheads, on a moulded plinth with beaded ball feet, the bronze later lacquer-gilt
