with cinnamon mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced snout, remains of black stitched nose backed with black felt, black stitched mouth and claws, swivel head and jointed shaped limbs --15in. (38cm.) tall, circa 1910 (pads recovered, considerable loss of mohair to head and outer arms, loss of original colour, considerable overall wear); and a small Steiff teddy bear, with golden mohair, black shoe button eyes, pronounced clipped snout, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head and jointed limbs --9in. (23cm.) tall, circa 1910 (pads recovered, lacks button, overall wear)
