A Pair Of 25-Bore French Percussion Pistols

Converted from flintlock, with two-stage barrels each swamped at the muzzle and with octagonal breech section, rounded locks (one action defective, one hammer defective, one nipple damaged, the other missing), figured walnut full stocks (small chip in front of one lock) carved with foliage behind the barrel tangs and inlaid with silver wire scrollwork on the butts (some losses), iron mounts including trigger-guards with acorn finial, and one iron ramrod (the other ramrod missing, iron parts with surface rust)
