With two-stage barrel decorated with a band of flowers, round frame with chequered hard rubber grip plates and stamped with the manufacturer's name and address on the removable cover (serial number 1916) on the left side and 'The Protector Pat. Mch. 6. 83. Aug. 29. 93.' on the right, large sprung palm-operated trigger with chequered hard rubber grip, and nearly all its original nickel finish (action incomplete)
