Provenance
Acquired by Abraham IV Darby (1804-1878), Stoke Court and Ebbw Vale, and thence by descent to his nephew Alfred II Darby, of Adcote, and thence to his daughter Muriel Cope-Darby and thence to her cousin, the late Rachel Wolryche-Whitmore, Lady Labouchere, by whom loaned to Chirk Castle and then donated to the National Trust to sell in order to raise funds for her ancestral home, Dudmaston.
