(19.6cm.) diameter gilded-glass sphere on ebonised stand; two convex gilded-glass mirrors in ebonised frames, the back of each with label inscribed One of the first twelve experimental productions of films of pure gold at the ordinary temperature., dated 18 December, 1937, and signed in ink C.S. Gibson; a quantity of gold film on glass plates; an exhibition label; and a quantity of books on chemical analysis; and a collection of hand written notes in ink by C.S. Gibson
