signed on the silvered dial Fran,, Watkins London, with gilded-brass hands and scales for miles, furlongs, poles and yards, the eight-spoked brass 12in. dia. wheel with iron tyre (some old repairs to rim), with unusual spade-grip handle -- 54½in. (138.5cm.) long
