An unusual and well engineered model spirit-fired Stirling Cycle engine, built in the form of a Padde Engine,
built by R. Ainsworth, with water jacketed power cylinder connected to the displacer by side lever beams anchored at one end, barrelled connecting rods, forked rod connecting beams to crankshaft, waisted cranks, shaft couplings and other details, finished in green, black and polished brightwork -- 11½ x 14¼in. (29.2 x 36.2cm.)
