with running floral motif to the outer edge; outer reverse ogee; the corners of the ovolo with stylised acanthus in the rocaille style, the sides of the ovolo with strap-work, scrolling foliage and flower heads in high relief, all on a cross-hatched ground; cavetto; a further course of running decoration including acanthus and scallop-shell motifs; sight edge -- 23 1/2 x 17 1/2 x 6 in. (59.7 x 44.5 x 15.3 cm.)
