5c Buff (67), uniform color with a supposed 'very faint cancel', a small corner crease and a couple nibbed perfs., otherwise fine, with 1997 P.F. certificate, Scott retail $650.00 (any cancel is not visible under magnification or under ultraviolet and the stamp possesses what we feel is large part o.g. and therefore still believe the stamp to be genuinely unused, but of course must offer it as a used stamp to conform to the issued certificate
