General Foreign, 19th-20th Century, massive collection of many thousands of used and unused stamps housed in 21 Scott Specialty Albums, on album pages and on ledger pages, many different countries represented, while admittedly many of the albums are somewhat 'sparse' we note some strength in British America (especially Canada), Great Britain (incl. a used Penny Black), Austria, Belgium and several other European countries, also incl. some Japan, etc., good-very fine lot deserving of inspection
