For a small spotted vessel of similar shape see the Idemitsu Museum of Arts, Tokyo, 1981, The 15th Anniversary Catalogue, p. 161, no. 622; and Ren-Yvon Lefebvre d'Argenc, The Hans Popper Collection of Oriental Art, Japan, 1973, pp. 104 and 105, nos. 64-66 for sancai-glazed examples; Sekai toji zenshu, Kawadeshobo, Japan, 1961, vol. 9, pl. 47 for a larger blue-glazed jar with inverted rim.

And almost identical footed bowl (possibly the very same vessel) was sold from a Private Northern European collection at Christie's, London, June 6, 1988, lot 55.
